After almost 18 months I still cannot recommend Paul highly enough. When I started I was lacking energy, eating the wrong things and simply not active enough. I had planned to do 2 sessions for a couple of months and drop down to 1 afterwards. 18 months in I am still there twice a week. Training with Paul is addictive and he is a great motivator (even if his taste in music and appalling singing isn't for everyone!) He does flexible hours which suit me well as I travel for work and usually need to train very early - starting most sessions at 6 am. Facilities at Base 51 are great - it's much easier to focus in a private gym with your own choice of music etc.

Ridiculous how cheap this gym is anywhere else with that equipment and the classes that Mark does and Rayner on the Hiit ones you would be paying 45.00 upwards easy.
In my opinion too many sales on and giving it away means locals don’t know how good they have got it because only paying about £15.00 - £20.00 a month .
Only time it will be appreciated is when it’s gone and there all in pure gym paying what there paying now but instead of Mark and Rayner and that equipment, some kid whose done a 2 day PT course telling you what to do in. Turquoise uniform ....... and no doubt ginger hair.

As I have already mentioned, I believe every individual programme should be specific to that persons needs, goals and lifestyle. Which is why I will plan your weekly sessions to fit around your routine, and to target the areas which you both enjoy and those that are going to have the most benefits towards achieving your goals. I provide each new client with a questionnaire in order to find out more about you to make sure I can tailor your plan to make it specific to you.
I also offer a DNA kit which provides lots of information about your body that you may not even have known. This is the ultimate way to make sure your working the right areas and heading in the right direction. This goes for both your physical fitness but also your general health.
There are no short cuts to achieve this, ultimately it requires you to put the work in. However, there are certainly ways in which you can make it easier for yourself and I am more than happy to help you work towards this. With my person specific online coaching programmes which can include DNA kits to determine exactly what your body needs to provide you will start to make steps towards your goals from day one. I often find taking many small steps with a number of small goals is the best way to achieve your main goal.
I am enthusiastic about helping people work towards their goals. I love health and fitness as it is an integral part of my boxing career. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and watching other people succeed with that guidance.
