As I have already mentioned, I believe every individual programme should be specific to that persons needs, goals and lifestyle. Which is why I will plan your weekly sessions to fit around your routine, and to target the areas which you both enjoy and those that are going to have the most benefits towards achieving your goals. I provide each new client with a questionnaire in order to find out more about you to make sure I can tailor your plan to make it specific to you.

I also offer a DNA kit which provides lots of information about your body that you may not even have known. This is the ultimate way to make sure your working the right areas and heading in the right direction. This goes for both your physical fitness but also your general health.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There are no short cuts to achieve this, ultimately it requires you to put the work in. However, there are certainly ways in which you can make it easier for yourself and I am more than happy to help you work towards this. With my person specific online coaching programmes which can include DNA kits to determine exactly what your body needs to provide you will start to make steps towards your goals from day one. I often find taking many small steps with a number of small goals is the best way to achieve your main goal.

What do you love most about your job?

I am enthusiastic about helping people work towards their goals. I love health and fitness as it is an integral part of my boxing career. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and watching other people succeed with that guidance.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've always wanted to have work for myself providing services that I am passionate about. I also think over my personal career as an athlete I've acquired many skills and a lot of knowledge that can be passed on to benefit others. Its extremely satisfying to help somebody else achieve their goals and with this job you get to experience that regularly.

Yes... during this 3rd UK national lockdown I think this is currently the best way to train, keep fit and chase your goals right now. It's important not to let yourself slip during this current lockdown, so to make the most of your exercise please enquire about my online coaching programmes.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have made my services available online & remotely as I believe this will be the most COVID secure way to train. I look forward to returning to sessions in person again once it is safe to do so.
