If you’re reading this review then you haven’t happened upon this webpage by chance. I’m going to take a guess that you’re looking for a personal trainer. I was in the same position once.
However, I found more than a personal trainer, I found Primal Training Club. A community that compromises highly dedicated coaches, and other like-minded individuals all on a journey. Everyone’s journeys are different yet there is a sense of feeling we are in this together.
I started with the 30-day experience, continued with two training sessions per week and then decided to up my training to three sessions per week. All because I love it!!! It’s hard work, takes dedication, and is challenging but the sense of achievement and satisfaction is immense. To top this off, I’ve seen results that I never thought possible, started to achieve and progress in a way I never thought I would be capable of, and I have gained my self-belief and confidence back.
All of this is down to the coaches that have given me great information, advice and guidance throughout my journey so far. Thank you Primal Training Club.

Been working with Martin for around 5/6 months now. He was very open to educating me on my plan since I started and the biggest compliment about his work for new client like myself is, he's always had the ability to keep me interested. In the sessions with him 1 on 1 and also outside of the sessions. He provided me with detailed plans to work on but then with the scope to take ownership in what I eat and when I train etc. so that longer term I can become self-sufficient in my own development. I think that is a good measure of someone who has been new to the gym and grown themselves. He was also open to my dietary needs as I don't eat meat but at no point did he say I wouldn't be able to gain muscle unless I started eating meat, which I have heard before! A good guy but also a good trainer to work with.
