Since training with Ross my whole attitude to fitness has changed. Training has become a part of my everyday routine. I enjoy going to the gym and I feel confident in what I am doing, and what I am trying to achieve. Ross has taught me everything I need to know in regards to weight training, building my strength through squats and deadlifts, as well as targeting other areas such as abs and upper body. There’s not a session that goes by that I don’t leave the gym a sweaty mess and out of breathe, but Ross has been there to push me and tell me I can, when I so easily say I can’t.
