I have been doing Pilates with Dave at Harris Health and Fitness for about 8 months and it is the best exercise class I've tried. I feel more toned, fitter and have much more energy. The class is fun and Dave explains everything very clearly so that you get the best out of the class. If you haven't tried Pilates I would definitely recommend this class.

I started my career as strength and conditioning coach at the U of Maryland in 1982. In 1986 I moved to L.A. California and become director of health and fitness programs at The Beverly Hills Health and Fitness Club. I then moved to England in 1998 and began my private practice at The RHC in August of 1999. There are 3 parts to my training program. Your nutrition program Firstly, I will give you a nutritional pack with basic fundamental nutritional information.
