How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Firstly through making them feel comfortable, and at home in my Private Studio. Encouraging enjoyment as the most important aspect gives my client the motivation to commit to their health and fitness, not just for instant fixes, but for long term change. 'Achievement' is such a commonly used word around the studio with goals being realised every single day.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard work and patience. Quite simply. Your body cannot transform in one day, week, or month. Expert guidance is key - and this is where I step in. Allowing my clients to create the perfect training and nutrition program that works for them as individuals is key. Not everyone has 7 days per week to exercise - it's just not realistic.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing clients achieve what they set out t do in the first place - and maintaining this for life. I've trained clients for 3-4 years straight and seeing them develop into the confident, motivational individuals they are, inspires me to work even harder within my career. Seeing clients become fitness professionals themselves is also quite remarkable.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After University, I became fascinated with attention to detail and providing an exceptional service. After working in Gyms, witnessing some staff with no drive or desire, it made me quickly realise I could use my passion for fusing fitness and fun into a business. Having this hardcore following from my previous Gym into my private studio really helped.
