Due to my thai boxing background my style of training tends to differ to your average personal trainer. Treadmills...bikes...cross trainers...resistance machines....most people are bored of the same old routine... I have well over 20 years thai boxing experience, ive fought professionally both in Thailand and nationwide winning several titles along the way and retiring rank no.6 in the uk for my weight catagory. My clients want to learn something new, get super fit, strong and confident. My fully matted gym is very well equipped, i have Olympic bars, weights, a squat rack/chin up bar, sand bags, kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, a punch kick bag , trx and a few more little toys. The combinations and styles of training are literally endless, so What ever your goals, and with your help, dedication and hard work, i will ensure that you achieve them buy guideing, motivating and supporting you every step of the way. I work from my own small exclusive studio gym based in Watford. The services I provide are :- 1 2 1’s 2 2 1’s Small group training ( 6 people max) Or maybe you would like to join one of the following classes:- THAIBOX FITNESS.. this is an hour class mixing up basic thai boxing drills with circuit and HIIT suiting all levels of fitness. Monday and thursday 09:30 Tuesday and Friday 1900 I will arrange more classes once i get more numbers.... CIRCUIT TRAINING. . A great way to improve your muscle endurance and fitness . I design these classes to challenge and work the whole body, using weights, body weight, kettle bells, sandbags, resistance bands,and the trx. For those that fancy it I even throw the odd run in there for good measure when the weather is good. THAIBOXING... Monday and thursday 18:30-20:00. I’m passionate about what i do, i enjoy my work and i love helping people ... O ..and i forgot to mention, nothing is too serious in my gym...lots of laughs and smiles please people.
Clients input and feedback is important when goal setting, i will listen to their wants, needs , likes and dislikes and help put together some realistic smart goals.
I will also ensure that they learn something new every week and enjoy each and every session.
Every step of the way i will be there with any fitness or nutrition advise they may need.
Motivation.......depending on the goals of course, i find that by running several fitness and strenght tests , and taking a few body measurements and photos, can really help with motivation when reviewed every 4-6 weeks.
I will push my clients when needed, some harder than others. Once i have built that relationship with my client and i know their capabilities and limitations i will push them as hard as it is safe to do so....lets face it guys, results do not come easy!!
Not wanting to state the obvious, but hard work and good nutrition is essential.
You will need the dedication, motivation and the right positive mental attitude to push yourself to new limits time after time after time. Push through them plateaus , stay confident, positive and above all believe in yourself....you can do this!
Listen to your body, ensure you are getting enough sleep and rest to recover and repair.

I was made redundant from a company after 21 yrs of employment. So due to my passion for health and fitness, plus the fact that i had been teaching thai boxing for several years, the decision to work from my own exclusive studio gym as a personal trainer was very obvious...
I had already helped many people of all ages ranging from 5-50 become more active, get fitter, stronger, leaner and improve their confidence. This is what i wanted to continue doing on a full time basis.
