Seeing people grow and seeing how personal training can transform their lives, giving them more confidence, more energy, developing strength, reaching their goals and feeling happier and healthier.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Feeling like the fitness industry is broken and focuses too much on short term aesthetic based training which can often demotivate people and make them feel intimidated and shy away from the gym.

1-2-1 online training with me is a safe space to grow and not feel judged, but to enjoy your journey and see real lifestyle changes as you become a healthier person.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I offer online coaching. When working with mobile clients, we work in outdoor public spaces and maintain social distancing at all times. I also wear full PPE.
