I can do one to one sessions, partnered sessions if you have a partner/friend that you wish to train with. I specialise in strength training, weight management, functional fitness, mobility, HIIT and kettlebell training. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I will help you achieve your goals by designing session with specific exercises, all of which will take you one step closer to where you want to be. I will also ensure that the sessions are as enjoyable as possible as the gym is not just about physical improvement it is also key to mental wellbeing and there is nothing more energising than an hour of hard work and a lot of laughter!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Dedication, hard work and consistency. If you’ve made the decision to go for that dream then stand by it! Work hard, push yourself and you’ll realise you can do more than you ever thought possible. Every session will bring you that bit closer to your end goal and the results you’ll see along the way will help to keep you motivated.

What do you love most about your job?

People. I am in a position that allows me to meet so many interesting people, each with a unique goal in mind. Throughout the sessions we get to know each other and we build a relationship that is the key to success. My clients invest in me and I invest in them. I help push people further than they’ve been before and help them work towards the strongest, fittest as well as happiest version of themselves. Greatest job in the world!

What inspired you to start your own business?

The desire to make something of myself as well as the opportunity to help others was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I want to lead by example. I push my clients and they in return help keep me focused and working hard to achieve my own goals with my business.
