I think the biggest thing is to set realistic targets, and helping clients to start to enjoy training and exercise by showing them that a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean a restrictive and boring lifestyle! It is very possible to still enjoy life, and do things that you like, and still achieve any health and fitness goals that they have set themselves!
