I just started the Reactive Coaching website today, though it took a few minutes how to get the workout started I really enjoyed it once I did. The written instructions were so easy to understand and oh my gosh I struggled to make my legs work later. I'm currently working on the Adaptive Training that is 2 weeks long so if all goes well I will either repeat it or see what else she has that I can do at home. So far I would recommend this!
