Since I was 8 I have participated in sport. There were mainly team sports such as football, basketball, handball and volleyball. I got involved in gym and fitness when I became 18 years old. After that I have done martial arts for a few years and also got involved in running. I remember that diet and different approaches to nutrition have always been my big hobby.
I was graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and during my University time I haver realised that doing Personal Training and helping others achieving their goals would be something I would like to do in my life.
For me becoming a personal trainer was more like next step in my life and willingness to use previously gained experience rather than one particular thing that would inspire me to become a personal trainer. I think that all I have done in my life led me to sport and fitness industry and now I am able to use my skills when working with people.
