Ben focuses on weight training - the area of the gym I used to shy away from! - but as well as an instructor you effectively get a nutritionist, life coach, and all round lovey guy! He somehow manages to make every lesson enjoyable, and the learning I’ve gained on diet and wellness will stay with me throughout life.
I do both single and double lessons with my partner - I really enjoy both types.
