Tom, is a fantastic Pt, I’ve now had Tom for 3 months and I have learnt so much in this time. I am an adaptive athlete which means I struggle doing certain movements. Tom listened to me and we have gradually adapted my training, we started off with basic things and now from not being able to lift or move anything heavy I am now back squatting 75kg x5 for me is a massive achievement plus I’ve lost 1/2 a stone so far with him while trying and he has also set me a calorie diet. Tom is a fantastic Pt and listens to what you want to do and caters to what needs you have. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested in a range of things as he knows his stuff and is very reasonable. I could have chosen a better person to help me on my journey 💪🏻🏋️♀️

Never trained anywhere that compares to training at Life Fitness with Lindsay. Fun approach to training that achieves results without feeling too pressurised or unachievable.
