Running on road and off (up to 10 miles and I am NOT a runner), increasing, and importantly, varying our sessions in the gym and a complete overhaul of my nutrition later and job done. Tough Mudder completed, in SO much better shape than in many years (and much lighter) without ever being hungry and still running and keeping up the work put in so far this year. I thoroughly recommend Tony for his total commitment to ALL his clients - professional sportspeople or middle-aged mothers.
