I'm passionate about fitness and helping people transform their bodies and improve their overall health and well-being. I love being able to make a positive impact on people's lives by empowering them to achieve their fitness goals and become the best version of themselves.

I find it incredibly rewarding to see clients make progress and achieve the results they desire, not just in terms of physical transformation, but also in their mental and emotional well-being. I've seen clients who were once shy and self-conscious become more confident and outgoing, and I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power that fitness can have on a person's overall quality of life.

For me, being a coach is more than just providing guidance and support - it's about building meaningful connections and inspiring people to be the best they can be. I love being a part of my clients' journeys, and take great pride in seeing them overcome challenges and achieve things they never thought possible.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I’ve done countless fad diets throughout the years, starving myself but not getting anywhere.

I always ended up ‘cheating’ on my diet and putting the weight back on, feeling guilty and ashamed about the fact that I was not able to stick to a diet.

I was going in these ‘vicious’ circles for a while, until I gave up and decided that it’s not worth it.

However, I was still feeling ashamed of my body and unhappy.

So, I decided to try something else.

I started going to the gym but I didn’t really know what to do there.

I was mainly using the cardio machines or jumping on a few different exercise machines.

I started drinking protein shakes as I thought that’s what I was supposed to do to lose weight, right?

Well, that didn’t work out for me either and I ended up putting on weight.

Then I decided to go keto as everyone was raving about it.

I did lose some weight initially but after a while I started putting on weight AGAIN.

My friends even stopped inviting me out as I was always declining due to being on a diet.

I’m all about working hard and making sacrifices for getting where you want to be but doing the above for over 8 years had me miserable.

I hated myself and couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror as that was making me cry.

I felt unattractive. Not good enough.

Feeling lost and alone in my own mind.

It’s like I was a prisoner of my own mind, trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and self-loathing.

And one day. I decided enough was enough,

I had to break free from this cycle of self-hatred and start living a life true to myself.

And, you know what?

Once, I pulled the trigger and fully committed to taking care of my MENTAL and physical health – it all fell into place quite quickly.

I ditched the fad diets & quick fixes which weren't getting me anywhere.

I wanted to STOP the yo yo dieting. And just be healthy with a long term sustainable approach.

But I had NO idea where to start.

So, I made it my MISSION to study all of this.

My goal was to live a better life, feel better and finally be more confident.

In the first 3 months, I starter seeing better results than for the past 8 years.

I wasn’t starving myself anymore and started enjoying the process.

All the time, energy, and effort I was putting in were paying off and that made me even more motivated and determined to keep on going.

Each time I push my limits, I feel stronger and more capable.

It's not just about the physical changes, but the mental shift that comes with it.

It’s about getting stronger and more confident.

I learned to love and accept myself and my flaws.

It's not easy, but I've come to embrace my imperfections and to realize that they make me unique.
