I have 10 years Experience and love my job. I have my own gym which is not easy to reach by public transport so being able to drive is a must to be able to get to the gym. I offer outdoor AND sessions at my gym. Some clients choose depending on the weather. I Believe fitness should be challenging and fun and full of variety turning into something you will enjoy for life. I will be with you every step of the way making your goals reality.

Been working with Becky for a few weeks now. She is really knowledgeable and experienced. Becky has incorporated boxing into my training for me as I requested it. She makes my sessions varied and interesting. I am enjoying learning some pilates too and she has been wonderful in helping me with my back injuries. She takes lots of time to stretch and work on my core. I only wish I could afford a session everyday. I highly recommend her. She is ace :)

Really enjoyed working with Chris at Progressive Fitness - extremely thorough and highly professional - his attention to detail and my specific requirements where excellent. I have already recommended him to other friends who have also highly rated his knowledge and ability to achieve results effectively.
I have been working in the Health and Fitness Industry since leaving University in 2003. Since then my passion has always been to keep fit and help others with their fitness and motivation as well. All facets of fitness are important and compliment each other, so I take more of a holistic approach to health and fitness. Whether it be wanting to run a 5k or lose weight, all aspects of fitness improvement will be taken into account.

Simon is diligent, patient and certainly knows his stuff. He is able to vary the activities and exercises so there is a regular feeling of trying something new. His programmes are well put together and are suitable for all, even those who do not have lots of fitness equipment or access to a gym. I'm really sorry but there really isn't a magic pill any of us can take to get the body of our dreams. It's just hard work and patience. It doesn't happen overnight and it certainly doesn't happen if you don't put the effort in. Food plays a big part in the recipe for success - don't eat less eat more intelligently. Eat the foods you love and cut yourself some slack when you're having a bad day. As to the exercise - it is hard work but it should be fun too. Some cardio, some weights and good sleep.
I really am very lucky. I get to work with amazing people from all walks of life who all have a story to tell. There is no price on seeing the look on the face of a client who has achieved a goal they never thought they'd reach whether it's a fitness goal or a weight loss goal or getting in to those jeans that have always been uncomfortably tight!
Actually those big anonymous gyms full of lycra clad lovelies inspired me to start my own business. Getting fit shouldn't exclude anyone. Whether you're older than the average, or larger than a size zero, body conscious or not, fit or not. At the Fitcell everyone is welcome and made welcome. We don't make clients we make friends and family and hearing people say 'I never thought I'd say this but I've really missed coming to gym!' just inspires me to help more people get to their goal.
Honestly I'm not everyone's cup of tea. I call it as I see it - but always honest! If I think you're fat or lazy I'll tell you but I'll help you be neither of those things and when you look great and are working hard I tell you that too - even if you're not feeling it. I'm privileged to be able to say that my clients trust me 100% and I take that trust very seriously. Your well-being whilst you're with me is my responsibility and it's my responsibility to help you enjoy that time too.
