Have been doing Hiit-it for a few weeks now ( 11 sessions) after session 8 Ross weighed me and to my surprise I had lost 4.9kg (10.7lbs) . In conjunction with hiit-it I taken up cycling again and find doing this with Ross has made this so much easier to do and maintain, with a change of diet I’m starting to see and feel the difference with my health and appearance i.e. clothes size !! At tonight session (session 11) Ross was taken aback by the power output improvement that I had made 107 Watts I think not too sure what that means , but feels good . Looking forward to my future sessions with Ross as he has the ability to motivate you and keep you going, I would highly recommend Hiit-It no matter your age or size he can tailor it to suit you.
