Like many people I expect I saw a random advert on social media "looking for 10 dad's to take part etc etc"
Well I thought what have I got to lose and dropped Jack at Project Fit Dad's an email.
Jack came back to me and asked me to join a 6 week trial. Starting with access to his app which has all the info you need for the workouts, a section for storing your measurements and progress photos and a log for food.
Jack then sent over meal plans (all of which are easy to follow) but you don't have to stick to these I certainly haven't.
The program is dead easy, nice quick workouts that can be squeezed in with no special equipment for the home plan.
The facebook group also helped, none of the participants knew each other, but we all have support to one another as we faced challenges.
Jack's support was also important checking in with us and making sure we were ok.
The biggest change I felt was the mindset, not eating just because I was sat at work or home bored, thinking about the calories I ate and measuring the meals I made.
Don't get me wrong even with jack's support and the app you still need to make an effort, consciously change the way you look at food make time for yourself and follow the app.
In 6 weeks I managed to lose 30.8lb and several inches around the waist etc.

Xtreme HIIT Review (Monday Eve)
I attend this class fairly regularly- it has been running for a couple of months now. It is a friendly small group training class which consists of a variety of exercises that changes each week so it never gets boring. There are varying exercises of different intensity with breaks. Tasha gives advice on how to carry out each exercise offering easier/harder work out options. During the class Tasha also gives personal advice on technique whilst keeping the class motivated. No chance of skiving or getting bored and at the end you really know you’ve worked out!!
I've seen a definite improvement in my ability and energy levels. I feel healthier and it has improved my fitness while helping me tone up. I highly recommend this class to anyone.

How should I be training? What should I be eating? Am I ever going to get results? There is so much guesswork when you try it on your own, it get’s overwhelming and then you give up. Having the accountability of someone constantly checking you are on track, adjusting your plan when needed, giving you the motivation when you think of stopping. That’s what will get you there. You want to tone up, lose a bit of fat, see some definition. Most importantly you want to feel confident again. Equally you don’t want to spend hours on the treadmill, why would you that’s boring If you have a structured plan, and goals to work towards, you are far more likely to stick to it therefore more likely to hit your goal. You won’t have to make sacrifices to your life, there won’t be days of eating salads and saying no to meals out. Again if you have to completely change your life, you won’t stick to it long term I can assure that you will be able to carry on as normal, not spend hours in a gym, and get life changing results that you can carry on forever, way after working with me When it comes to going on holiday you won’t have that dread of worrying about laying round the pool, of having your photo taken. No crash diet 2 weeks before you go, because you will already be in the shape you want and be able to maintain that all year round I will set you up for life, so you’ll never have to do another plan again
