I've been using Rich once a week for nearly two years now. He has taught me a huge amount about nutrition and eating well and healthily, and he is firmly against calorie counting and adding up points. In terms of fitness, Rich has changed my body shape and improved my core strength using a series of exercises with just your body and the floor as equipment, so there is no excuse not to do it yourself at home! His knowledge about fitness, exercise and nutrition is vast, as is his ability to motivate and encourage.
