I just wanted to say a very big thank you that I have found you on this website, that we have met each other and that you were there for me from January till March todays date . I know this is our last session 03/03/23, but it was really amazing that you have been my fitness instructor for this 2 months till today. Before I met you I have been in a really big depression and sadness because I could not manage to loose weight at all. My weight from January 2023 11/01/23 was 91kg and today 03/03/23 it’s 77.5 so my BMI came down to 30.7 and I am really proud of myself that you have given me a big start , hope and motivation that there’s nothing impossible in this world. If in the future I’ll loose more weight or if I ever get pregnant or if I need you ever again of-course I’ll get in touch with you again , but from now on I know how to continue to hit my goal because I have a very big motivation because I want to be healthier than now . This 2 months with you Tracey had been great I learned a lot of new things and exercises and foods and how to stay and to be more healthier . Each session is unique and caters for all levels of fitness . The instructor Chris is easy going and very knowlegaeable in his Pt field . The existing group who attend are such a friendly bunch that you don't even realise you are exercising .
