I have done just over 8 weeks with Sam. He was very kind, friendly, motivating and enthusiastic about his work! He created me a bespoke meal plan and taught me all things nutrition related. Sam's motto is 'mind, body and connection' and we both gauged well during sessions using this approach and he adapted well to my needs at all times. I am happy to say that with Sam's help I have lost over 12+kg in weight. For me it wasn't just the weight loss which was the main goal but it was actually becoming confident with the gym as it can be a daunting experience for most at the start. I love this gym I have been going since may of 2013, its always spotless, the equipment is great, the staff have all been there ages which says more about the owner than any dodgy review on here ever could.
And rats Seriously what are you on? Rats don't go around people let alone in a lit room with electrical equipment on and people pounding treadmills and panting and puffing and pushing weights.

I would highly recommend training with Ben. It is great fun, challenging and you see results quickly. Working out for me was difficult because of long hours at work and having a young family but Ben was flexible in his timing and approach and made it work. The nutritional advice was a massive bonus especially when you consider how much you would pay for this alone from some trainers. Ben really cares about you hitting your goals so keeps changing things up and keeps you motivated.
Most importantly you need to enjoy working out and that means enjoying hanging out with the person you’re working out with! Ben is a great guy, good fun, very nice and I always looked forward to catching up with him as much as I was looking forward to our sessions.

Firstly my pt studio is based in leytonstone east london so if the location is convenient for you then thats best for both of us. I also charge £60 per hour session and this comes a long with nutrition plan and a bespoke training program for your self to do on your own wother at gym or home. AMAZING!! Danny is very encouraging and supportive. He has helped me a LOT in getting my mind in the right place to loose weight as well as training me hard. He is not your normal personal trainer, he didn't give me a strict diet to follow (as I didn't want to commit to that) and instead just advised me on changes and spurred me on. He adapted to my wants and needs. I was stuck at the same weight for about 3 years after putting on 40 pounds and slowing down my metabolism by yoyo dieting. As someone who’s always struggled with exercising consistently, I can say starting personal training with Ezra has been extremely motivating. I go with two friends to make it more affordable, which Ezra has been happy to accommodate. Ezra’s approach is the right balance of being positively encouraging (even incentivises us with rewards!) but at the same time challenging us out of our comfort zone, making me do things I didn’t think I could. He’s very flexible with the schedule and comes to us in our gym in Hackney Wick. All in all, a really friendly and professional guy, I can’t recommend him enough!
