Going to the gym is something relatively new to me and I didn’t start attending a gym until I was over 50 . A few years on and I am still there and fitter and stronger than I have ever been in my adult life .I started working with Jonathan as a personal trainer until I gained enough confidence to join group sessions . Although I now work in a group the numbers are relatively small ( max 8 ) and I still feel there is a personal aspect to my exercise programme with support and focus on individuals if and when required. The range of exercises and constant variety of sessions that Jonathan designs has retained my interest and commitment. I've been taking my 2 kids to many places before undiscovering Caledonian TKD. Therefore I know the differences between them and the way kids are being trained here if far best. The coach is getting the point of being strict when has to be or softer and easy going (for the younger kids). The atmosphere here is family like. In addition there is a gym aside - where the parents can do their workout while being in the same room with their kids. Trainings are every day and there is no limits in attending them - so basically it means from 1 to 6 training sessions a week. I honestly don't know if I've been feeling more welcome anywhere else and I've been through many training places in over two decades.
