Shane is a brilliant Personal Trainer. Shane trained me for 2-3 times per week for 12 weeks. I was a beginner and my goal was to learn various compound exercises and put on some weight. Shane clearly set out a plan and also made an eating plan. He always explained everything so clearly and made adjustments every week to ensure I was making progress. I noticed a big difference at the end of the programme which wouldn’t have been possible without Shane. He made the sessions challenging and was also a great motivator. As well as being a great trainer Shane has a great sense of humour and always made the sessions really enjoyable. 10/10 recommend.

Matt worked with me on a 12 week programme to improve my strength conditioning and flexibility. He is the most thorough PT I've ever had and really knows his stuff. The training was tough but with his methods, not only did I break through my barrier, but I really got into it, through working on ring, bar, weight lifting and flexibility exercises. On advanced moves he has his technique down to a T and can really push you to the next level. Over the past three months I've made real gains in my strength, my flexibility and learned about methods to mentally focus on tough moves. Most importantly I stayed motivated to push on. This guy can really help with the big changes you want to make to your fitness routine and is on hand all the time with advice. Great working with him!

All together he made training much more enjoyable, because he switches it up and makes sure you are enjoying yourself and at he same time burning the calories you need to burn. I trained with Louise from around March - August 2017, so this review is long overdue! I have had a few personal trainers in the past, but none of them even come close in comparison to Louise. Louise was attentive from the start, listened closely to my goals and designed a robust training plan which complemented those goals amazingly. She adjusted the plan to work around injuries...and I am convinced that the adjustments helped to rehabilitate a shoulder injury from which now i am pain free! Not only did I see physical improvements but also felt mentally better after working out with her guidance. In short, I can't recommend Louise enough!

I've been taking my 2 kids to many places before undiscovering Caledonian TKD. Therefore I know the differences between them and the way kids are being trained here if far best. The coach is getting the point of being strict when has to be or softer and easy going (for the younger kids). The atmosphere here is family like. In addition there is a gym aside - where the parents can do their workout while being in the same room with their kids. Trainings are every day and there is no limits in attending them - so basically it means from 1 to 6 training sessions a week. I honestly don't know if I've been feeling more welcome anywhere else and I've been through many training places in over two decades.
