Being working out with Kara & Tony (on/off) for a few years now and can't recommend them highly enough! Their PT sessions are fabulous and the gym has such a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. Underground Fitness is my favourite gym. Also, the education they provide is unbelievable. From nutritional advice to supplement recommendations, these guys know their stuff. Give them a try, you won't regret it

Scott was very friendly and super knowledgeable i came away with so much more from it than I thought I would it was so much more than just a bike fit and getting your measurements right!if your sitting on the fence about getting this done like I was I’d say go for it!it’s well worth the money and then some it’ll make your cycling so much more pleasurable no matter if your an endurance cyclists or fancy yourself as a bit of a racer!

I have been qualified as a Personal Trainer for 9 years and also qualified in sports massage therapy. I come from a 19 year dance background so have experience to help with flexibility, mobility and endurance. I also have knowledge in pre and post natal and being a mum myself. My speciality is in Bridal and post partum.
I strive to help my clients achieve their goals through progress pictures and measurements. I have a private group chat with all of my clients were I talk and motivate them throughout the week and send them healthy meal ideas. It also gives my clients the chance to interact with my other clients who possibly have the same goals as them.

It takes dedication to set the goals and stick to them. It also requires hard work, one gym session a week won’t achieve what you want, you need to put in the hours.
