My approach to optimum fitness is using whichever type of training fits best with the client. If you want to lose weight but hate running, then we will look at other options so you will enjoy the time we spend together, whilst also achieving your goals. If you have an injury or can't do certain exercises, we will work around that and fit the workout to you as an individual!

In my opinion, the body of your dreams comes from creating the lifestyle which compliments that body. You need to think, act, and live like the person who would have this body. Creating lifestyle changes and implementing healthy habits wil make it much easier to work towards the body of your dreams!

I have worked with a diverse range of people all over the world, coaching fitness as well as extreme sports, so have developed a strong sense for reading people, knowing how hard they need to be pushed, and what motivates them. I also study psychology and the power of habits, so I am able to help you create new positive habits, new patterns of thinking, and essentially a new way of being which will set you up to win! With the right mindset in place, motivation will be less important as you rely on habits to keep you on track.
