I became a Personal Trainer because I love exercise and truly believe it is the best therapy for a bad day. You don't have to be the sportiest or the fittest to enjoy exercise, you just have to have the right trainer that will create programs that suit you, your abilities and what you like to do. Just because you don't like running on the treadmill or lifting heavy weights doesn't mean you can't exercise. I have spent my life hating cardio, you'd never see me running or on the cross trainer, so I had to find a way that I did enjoy because if you don't look forward to your workouts, then you won't be able to keep them up, the key to sustaining a healthy lifestyle is to enjoy it! I own a gym in Bournemouth where I have a couple of spaces to take face-to-face clients, and then I also have availability for online clients. You can train at my gym in Bournemouth, or any other gym in the world and receive the same support, accountability, and coaching. Whether you want face to face training, or online training, you are guaranteed a committed coach who designs programs to suit your goals and abilities, constant support, mental wellbeing advice, weekly check ins and lots more. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Enjoying the exercise you are doing. If you don't enjoy it you will not keep it up. Exercising can be tough, early mornings or after a day at work, you can be tired, not feeling 100%, children driving you crazy... there are a thousand different reasons why not to train, you need to make sure there are a thousand and one reasons to train, the most important being because you want to.

What do you love most about your job?

Watching people grow stronger, not physically but mentally. I'm a true believer that exercise is the greatest medicine. I love watching clients grow more and more confident in themselves every session, watching them fall in love with themselves again or for the first time, becoming proud of who they are and what they are achieving.

Because I love what I do. I work in the health and fitness industry because I believe when you look after yourself it can really change your life and I love to help people on that journey. I do this as a job because I live the lifestyle myself and reap all the benefits, my physical and mental health is always at it's best when I stay on top of my exercise and diet.
