with over 20 years experience within the health and fitness industry my primary aim is to provide an enjoyable and educational activity to help you get your body moving and onwards towards your health and fitness goals. I am currently teaching online classes that you can follow from the comfort of your own home. These include Insanity, Athletic Conditioning (a dumbbell and body weight routine), dumbbell and kettlebell condition routine and a boot camp of mixed themes. As a group exercise instructor based at the Littledown Centre I teach circuits, PiYo, Core Conditioning, Metafit and Athletic Conditioning and as a Personal Trainer I have worked with a variety of clients from a wide range of diverse backgrounds and abilities. As well as a qualified Nutritional Therapy Practioner, I am also a running coach. My training is philosophy is always the same, do something that you love and you will be more likely to stick with it and variety is not just the spice of life but for exercise, its essential. Just plain and simple, amazing workouts that will make YOU the best YOU. WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Personal Training is designed to get you in great shape and burn body fat, whilst developing your muscular strength, endurance, stamina, flexibility, balance and core function. 1-2-1 sessions can be indoors(in the comfort of your own home) or outdoors and will incorporate using your own body weight and a variety of equipment such as boxing pads and gloves, resistance bands and kettlebells, depending on your goals. I also run a outdoor boot camp in Southbourne on Saturday mornings all through the year and I am an online running coach. For each PT session taken you also receive 1 free boot camp class (worth £6) Adrian

by working together with the client to help them understand how to best move their body to deliver fantastic workouts and the importance of nutrition to back up the training. Its not just about what you eat but also the time you eat, good nutrition should be simple and easily applied to each individuals lifestyle.

being consistent with any exercise program and nutrition plan but understanding its not about being perfect. Life is about balance and its important with a good health and fitness routine to maintain that. Aim to set fitness goals and challenges that are designed to add value to your life, that get you up each day excited and give you focus.

seeing the changes that individuals can have and helping people understand where fitness can take them in life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

with 1-2-1 or small group training you can really develop a good understanding of your clients and their wants and needs and be a part of their health and fitness journeys.
