I am very fortunate to do a job that does not feel like a job. I love training, sport and exercise and through being a Personal Trainer, my profession is also part of my own life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've always worked in supporting the development of people, having been a Youth Worker for 15 years previously.
My own training and previous work experiences inspired me to become a Personal Trainer.
