We started swimming lessons for our 8 year old daughter with Active Alex as, although she could swim a bit, it looked like a real struggle, she was also not very confident in the water, didn't like getting splashed, and was really nervous about going swimming with school in January. By only lesson number 5 the change is unbelievable, she'll now happily swim down to the bottom of the pool, (she actually seems to prefer being under water now!) Her technique is vastly improving and she is actually looking forward to lessons with school! Thank you very much Alex, she loves your lessons, and really looks forward to them each week!

I've had this idea in my head for a long time, that I can get the typical body beautiful by just trying to eat the right stuff, but not really having the motivation to do much more about it!
