He’s taught me about how to perform exercises correctly and has adapted our sessions to take into account previous injury whilst still getting results. Sam is friendly, enthusiastic and supportive but will push you when you need to be pushed (having tried a full range of excuses, not many work!) I would highly recommend Sam to anyone.
