Most importantly I want to say thank you for introducing me to Virtual RPM by Les Mills.
I've been spinning for years and was a bit skeptical if I could work hard enough in the virtual class.
It turns out I underestimated Les Mills Virtual RPM. Instructors are amazing (technical and motivating), great music and energy of the class pull you in and I keep on coming back for more - I love it.
I have done many RPM classes around Belfast, but to be honest it's difficult to find live instructors who know how to run excellent RPM session. Les Mills Virtual RPM does it all, I don't have to rush to make the class, I simply show up at the gym at my own leisure, request the virtual session and five minutes later I'm on the bike sweating. I realize I only do virtual classes now, it's difficult to beat the flexibility and quality of virtual RPM! Highly recommend it!!

I started training with Brian in April, I have a wedding to prepare for and I was struggling at my normal gym. Brian was great at giving advice about diet and foods to eat more off, which I found extremely helpful. The strength training was great, I could see my shape changing and was definitely more confident with lifting weights. Would highly recommend Strength NI to anyone, lovely bunch of guys.

Though clients should be encouraged to wipe down gym equipment before and after use, it is also beneficial to have staff perform regular cleanings throughout the day as well. Be sure to pay special attention to the areas where clients typically place their hands.
Do a more thorough cleaning at night. If the gym is busy during the day, it may be difficult to do a good clean. In that case, save this type of thorough cleaning for the nighttime, when your facility isn't as full.
