I grew up in the 90's and was catapulted into the diet culture. Every fad diet there was, I was trying to do it. But I failed at all of them. I even tried the slimming clubs, and would have what I call the famous 2 pounds. One week the 2 pounds would go, the next week they'd be back. I was on a constant seesaw which I couldn't get off. I do also offer Personal Training sessions - 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins. Due to COVID-19 these have moved to ZOOM sessions, or training outside.
I have changed my clients training programmes from being gym based, to being able to workout at home due to new restrictions.
