Although sessions are weekly, they are there for you 24/7, constantly pushing you and supporting you. It can be daunting trying to find a PT in London, but the whole atmosphere at Conte is so welcoming and positive. We have 3 different sanitising stations at the health club where our clients can find anti-bacterial gel & wipes alongside masks (gloves are also available upon request). Both us and the rest of the team have now been fully vaccinated and we are still wearing masks (masks for clients are optional). The facilities are frequently cleaned and sanitised by the cleaning staff. Social distancing is followed whenever possible. Sessions can also be conducted entirely privately from our Pilates/Yoga room.
