Hi, my name is Lee and I have been Personal Training for over a decade. I am now based at two locations. Firstly, in Covent Garden in London (Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays) and Milton Keynes (Wednesday and Fridays) at in Campbell Wharf. I keep up to date with scientific research. Why? Because I believe that knowledge is power, especially when it comes to helping my clients achieve optimal well-being. My mission is to empower individuals like you with the skills and guidance needed to embark on a transformative journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I’m a firm believer in self-sufficiency, which means I want you to become the master of your own health and fitness destiny. Together, we’ll work as partners and I’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills and techniques necessary for you to take charge autonomously. When it comes to credentials, I have two degrees in strength and conditioning. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work at professional clubs, both in rugby and basketball. Alongside that, Ive trained exceptionally talented athletes in a tennis scheme, an international horse show jumper from Ukraine and celebrity head chef Asma Khan from Netflix. These are just a few clients I’ve trained. Therefore, whether it’s achieving sport-specific goals you desire or you want to boost general health, enhance longevity, build strength or improve mobility. I’ve got you covered. I look forward in connecting with you and embark on an incredible, fun fitness and wellness journey together.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I send a form to them to fill out before I meet them so can start seeing what goals they have in greater detail. Then I go away and plan each session accordingly to their specific needs.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The body of your dreams for me should be something that can move functionally and efficiently with no pain or discomfort. That is why you should try sorting out imbalances and start picking the body apart to ensure performance is always optimal.

What do you love most about your job?

Meeting new people and helping them understand their bodies better. Seeing them progress under your watch is the best satisfaction ever.

What inspired you to start your own business?

While at university I worked at a professional rugby club as one of seven interns. During the second season I was only one asked to come back as the players said I was the most personable one let alone smartest one, which was really warming. That is the point I knew I had the personal skills alongside the knowledge to really push on and help anyone.

Why should our clients choose you?

Firstly, I feel that there are too many Personal Trainers in the world today and anyone can become one in 8 weeks. Whereas, I went to university studied a course that is relevant in Strength and Conditioning for three years.

This dedication should speak for itself on my website as I have over 35 testimonials and this could be way more if everyone filled one out. I am lucky to have trained people for long times and value everyone of my clients.

I am extremely flexible, try my hardest to really make fitness enjoyable.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, its better in person at the gym. However, i can adapt.
