Strong Ambition Method

Hello :) *** Thank you for checking out my PT profile and well done on taking that first step! If you’d like me to get in touch, please give me some background in your message, it really helps me understand how and if I can help you. ***GET STRONGER, FEEL MORE CONFIDENT AND ENERGISED!*** FYI We only work with women. ABOUT ME: My name is Julia, I am a Mum, a Personal Trainer, Weightlifting coach and Founder of the Strong Ambition Method. I offer online training, as well as in-person 1:1 training packages from my own private studio next to Hoxton Station, sharing an arch with an Olympic lifting gym (Classical Barbell). In addition, I also offer a Career and Health Programme to businesses. This is in fact my second career, previously I was in tech consulting, where I discovered strength training as a means to manage my stress levels and mental health. Going on this personal journey inspired me, so much so that I decided to leave tech consulting and in 2019 I created the Strong Ambition Method, re-training as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Weightlifting Coach. OUR METHOD: The Strong Ambition Method starts with a commitment from YOU. A commitment to getting results. We will help you build a strong foundation to help you thrive, not just survive. The Core Pillars of the Strong Ambition Method are: 1) Strength Training 2) Rest 3) Nourishment One of the key reasons this method is so successful is you will get personal support to implement all of them. You will work with one of our experienced Personal Trainers to slowly and safely build up your strength and fitness, and who will guide you through a set of both standard and personalised strategies, showing you how to personally implement these habits into your daily life and master that mental gain. It’s this unique combination, of both mind and body, that makes the Strong Ambition Method so powerful for women at the top of their game. ABOUT US When you start working with me (Julia), not only do you get me, but if you have a specialist need, I also have access to a network of leading health and fitness experts that I can recommend. Thank you for taking the time to read our profile.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Start small and slowly build a solid foundation of health habits that support your goals, replacing your old habits that hold you back.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Build muscle! That ‘tone’ most women desire is actually muscle and can be achieved through progressive lifting of weights and resistance training. BUT you do not have to spend hours and hours at the gym! With consistent training 2-3 a week and regular walking within a year you can make some massive changes.
Be (somewhat) patient. People over estimate what can be achieved within 3 months and under estimate what can be achieved in a year!

What do you love most about your job?

Helping women become more confident, less stressed and energised! And of course, stronger!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Personal training is my second career! Previously, I worked in technology consulting. I discovered that strength training really helped me manage my stress levels and mental health when I went back to work after maternity leave.

Going on this personal journey inspired me so much, that I decided to leave the corporate world in 2018, and in 2019 created and launched the Strong Ambition Method, where I re-trained as a Personal Trainer/fitness instructor/weightlifting coach.

Why should our clients choose you?

Whatever you are feeling right now, the likelihood is that I have felt something similar at some point and can relate!

I am a PT in my 40s, so plenty of life experience, patience, calm and a pragmatic approach to your training. Training should fit into your life, not the other way around :-)

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes I can provide Personal training remotely. 45 mins or 60 mins online over Zoom. Often the best training approach is a hybrid approach, a mixture of online and in-person training.
