Being older than the average Personal Trainer means that I have had real experience of many of the issues facing people as they become less active and more overweight. Many of my clients have tried the gym and most diets on offer and still find success has eluded them. I help my clients to achieve their fitness goals by first understanding exactly what those goals are and by breaking them down into small steps with measurable milestones along the way so that we can make sure the programme is working and if not, we can make adjustments.
To get the body of your dreams you first need to visualize what that body will look like, where will you be? how long have you set yourself to achieve? How will you feel when you are there? This visualization is perhaps the most important aspect of a successful outcome.
