Fun and Fantastic PT Sessions!!
My husband and I started PT sessions with Joe early in the new year, we both immediately felt comfortable right from our initial discussion.
We didn’t have any precise weight loss goals, we were just looking to get generally fitter and healthier. Joe helped us to make small changes to our nutrition and advised on portion size and the correct intake of calories.
Joe developed a personalised program for us to do during our sessions, we both felt that the exercises were set to push us but they were also achievable. We have both noticed a big change in ourselves and each other not only physically but mentally too!
We have felt that the sessions have been fun and we actually now look forward to going! (Even when we have to do laps around the block) �

I have been going to Liam’s classes for about a year now, and started PT sessions a few months ago to help with some posture/back issues, but also because I was absolutely frozen by the idea of hitting the gym floor on my own, I had no idea what to do or where to start. Liam is very patient and always tries to find the best way to explain “what”, “how” and “why” of each exercise but also diet wise. He keeps challenging us in the right measure, but he doesn’t let us rush into anything without building foundation for it, so what he does is educate us, really. On top of that, the fact that he really enjoys what he does is quite contagious and keeps our motivation on top. I noticed the difference in my body and performance quite quick with the PT sessions, my posture improved and my back issues are under control, I can finally do a session on my own once a week and I actually enjoy going to the gym, so... 100% recommend!
