I have been going to Liam’s classes for about a year now, and started PT sessions a few months ago to help with some posture/back issues, but also because I was absolutely frozen by the idea of hitting the gym floor on my own, I had no idea what to do or where to start. Liam is very patient and always tries to find the best way to explain “what”, “how” and “why” of each exercise but also diet wise. He keeps challenging us in the right measure, but he doesn’t let us rush into anything without building foundation for it, so what he does is educate us, really. On top of that, the fact that he really enjoys what he does is quite contagious and keeps our motivation on top. I noticed the difference in my body and performance quite quick with the PT sessions, my posture improved and my back issues are under control, I can finally do a session on my own once a week and I actually enjoy going to the gym, so... 100% recommend!
