I signed up to start training 3x a week in person with Eddie at the end of lockdown 3, mentally and physically in disrepair, with a long-term back injury. Starting training with Eddie was the best decision I made - he is professional, extremely knowledgeable and makes every session fly by with his fun coaching style. He pushes you to your limits, whilst also having a laugh at the same time - the perfect balance. Eddie has created a training plan that is completely bespoke to me and has gradually built strength up in my back again which I am over the moon about and I no longer have daily back pain.
Outside the coaching sessions, Eddie tracks workouts and other key metrics like macros and daily steps via his app and is always just a message way if you need additional support. I have been super impressed with his weekly progress updates at the end of each week which always keep me motivated to continue strong into the week ahead! Eddie has been a total star at helping my shift towards healthier eating habits and always helps to plan strategies ahead of challenging weekends away with friends.
Eddie’s training sessions are at Arc Gym in Wokingham which is an awesome place to train - the staff are all welcoming and the gym has state of the art training equipment, as well as an outdoor training area which is fantastic.
Eddie is really everything you could ever want in a PT - invest in your health with Eddie, commit to the journey and the results you will get will be life changing. I’ve found a great PT but also a great friend in Eddie and look forward to continue training in the months to come!

I am a Health and Wellness Coach of 22 years’ experience. I have not used Bark since Pre Covid when I used it for providing Psychological services to my clients which is where you will see the majority of the reviews on this site (they also refer to my coaching company Goalseekers). I continue to offer these services however now wish to focus on the physical as this seems to get neglected more and more each day. Over the last 20 years I have worked with clients from 7 to 89 however my hotspot are middle aged professionals who may have lost that zest and zip in life and just want to get a little more toned, have more energy, maybe lose a pound or two but generally improve their confidence and feel better about themselves. I work out of a gym in central Bracknell however also offer mobile PT at your work, home or suitable local outdoor facility. (Travel costs exceeding 3 miles from my RG12 home address will be added @ 50p/mile). I currently also run weekly classes in Wokingham and Bracknell for over 60's and am happy to discuss running classes for all groups from young adults to special populations.
I offer all potential clients a free consultation where I will make sure I understand their goal and the challenges that they may of had in the past that have stopped them achieving their goals. We agree a workable plan of action and take appropriate measurements so that progress can be tracked going forward.
Clients have regular measurements and appropriate feedback ie for weight loss clients we have weekly measuring and I send a spreadsheet that shows how to fine tune. Between sessions I am happy to answer texts or emails and will always do so within 24hrs.
As we are whole beings I also allow a substitution of a pt session for a mind session once in every course of 12 sessions which I usually recommend. I also reduce costs of these mind sessions if more are required.

I love seeing the moment when clients realised that they have the power to change and seeing them flourish from there on in.
I took redundancy after changes in my work place and looked at training as a life coach. This appealed to me as I always seemed to attract people with various issues and would sit down and help them talk through it and find a solution. When I discovered that this was a job and that I could do formal training to get even better at it I jumped at the chance.
The redundancy issue also made me realise that being self employed would be the only way to get peace of mind that I was after.
I offer all clients a free consultation to make sure that not only they should choose me but that I wish to work with them. When I have someone that has the commitment to change they can be guaranteed that I will do everything in my power to listen, encourage and motivate them to achieve that goal without judging them. I let my clients know that their choices are their choices and will always look to explore them all.
I do not believe that remote PT works well so do not offer it.
