James is such an encouragement and a brilliant trainer with so much knowledge of correct form, how to ease muscle tension, even alternative exercises so your not squashing your freshly painted toes inside your trainers .. ahhh he knows it all .. James is what I consider money well spent 🤩 Thank you James 🙏🏻
