Hi, my name is Stuart Smith, Personal Trainer, and 2x Kickboxing World Champion, I have over 10 years of experience training and competing in Martial Arts, during this time I Have won gold medals at British, European and World Level. My aim is to help my clients achieve results, not with quick fixes and the latest diets, but with education on healthy habits such as Balanced Nutrition, Sleep, Healthy Mindset, and Stress Management.

This company is run by 3 experienced chefs of more than 15 yrs experience in different cuisines, including Southern African, Asian, Italian, French and English. We worked in different settings including chain restaurants, event places, rosette restaurants and Michelin star hotels and restaurants. My name is Guilherme and I am Portuguese, I have been a Chef now for over 16 years. I have worked in several restaurants, I lead teams, I worked on Yachts and I am now a Private and Personal Chef. I have had the chance to work for some HNWI individuals and together with my partner we organise events. It doesn’t matter the numbrr of people we can help with anything. With over 20 years experience in the catering industry we are confident of providing a quality catering experience from start to finish. We offer a variety of menus catering for every taste, ensure food hygiene, health and safety and any allergen and dietary requirements are fully met. Our menus are designed to ensure there's something for everyone and we can adapt any to ensure your needs are met.

Established during lockdown in 2020, Molly began foraging and creating food for key workers in the family. Over time the business developed into a firm favourite in Leeds, becoming well known for delicious 'finish-at-home' meals including Sunday roasts and fillet of beef wellington. Molly is multi-award winning with 13 years of experience at age just 25. She is the youngest, and so far only, female recipient of the Oliver Award for 'Best Chef'.

YOU MAKE THE MEMORY - WE MAKE IT LAST... Our service is actually to create personal menus for our Chef/s then to come along and prepare & cook for you, serve, wash and clear. We discuss with you your budget, event type, and preferred taste and style of food, and incorporating special memories into your dining experience if required. Then our designated menu planner will create a choice of menu based upon your personal requirements for you and your party (small to large scale/home or away) for a particularly special dining experience.

We offer a personal chef service for single occasions or regular use. We also offer a contract service for the smaller companies that the larger catering contract don't care about.
