What do you love most about your job?

When it comes to what I love about my job there is honestly so much that it is almost impossible for me to narrow down. Meeting new people, creating new and exciting menus and expanding my knowledge within the culinary industry are all something that I love about my job. I take pride in crafting exquisite dishes using the finest locally sourced ingredients to bring smiles to peoples faces.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business to follow my passion of cooking! The art of cheffing runs deep in veins, shaped by a rich tapestry of culinary influences from my family. I have a Spanish grandmother who inspired me by infusing her heritage with Mediterranean flavours and another in Cornwall cultivating her own produce, so I have always ben surrounded by those who love to cook.

Throughout my career thus far I have undergone classical training at catering college and embarked on her culinary journey at a fine-dining gastro pub in East Hanningfield, Essex. It was here that both my knife skills and creativity flourished. With much dedication, I then progressed to Sous Chef within 5 years. Advancing in my career, I then went on to lead the opening of a new gastro pub in Stock, Essex, becoming the Head Chef and guiding her team. I feel my experience shines through in all that I have done thus far and my passion for the craft allows me to provide a more personalised touch to any event with my menus.
