The food was delicious and plentiful, with an impressive selection of tasty, creative salads. Everyone ate well and we were able to enjoy the day.
They were courteous and conscientious, helping us to plan the menu carefully in advance to avoid our guests' various food allergies. On the day, the team were jovial, polite, punctual, efficient and tidy. I will certainly use them again.

Exceptional! Food prepared and cooked to an incredibly high standard, scallops were perfectly complimented by the black pudding and pea puree accompaniment. For main course we were treated to a melt in the mouth braised shin of beef. The salted caramel and prosecco infused rhubarb was the icing on the cake! Wish this was a weekly treat!

Advancing in my career, I then went on to lead the opening of a new gastro pub in Stock, Essex, becoming the Head Chef and guiding her team.
