WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF PAYMENT?
In order to secure your order, customers are required to pay 24 hours after they receive the confirmation email. However, with short notice orders, payment must be made on delivery.

IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING WITH ADOM CHAIRS AND TABLES CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes, Adom Chairs & Tables are happy to provide refunds to all customers/clients who notify us within 24 hours of their delivery date that they wish to cancel their order. However, should you fail to notify at least 24 hours prior to your delivery date, a late cancellation fee will be incurred.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE OR BREAK THE PRODUCT?
For each order, you are required to pay a deposit, which equates to 50% of your total order. If products are returned damaged or broken, the cost of repairing or replacing the product will be charged against the deposit. If products are returned in a condition that is materially different to the condition in which it was received (dirty, i.e. chewing gum under chairs and table, food/ drink stains, etc…) a cleaning fee of £10 will be deducted.
IS THERE ALSO AN OPTION TO COLLECT THE ITEMS MYSELF?
Yes, items can be collected from Adoms storage unit. If items are collected by the customer, Adom will apply a ‘self-collection’ discount to the final charge.
I AM UNSURE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF ITEMS I REQUIRE CAN I AMEND MY ORDER NEARER THE TIME?
At Adom Chairs and Tables, we understand the uncertainties that come with event planning; therefore, we offer all our customers/clients the opportunity to amend their order within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us for further assistance.
