All comms are via a whatsapp group. I will highlight that you will need to be patient with DWE regarding responses as they do run a lot of events but they always come back (especialy if urgent) or send a placeholder comms. The week before the wedding the comms were excellent. I braindumped so many things last minute and Donna did all of it perfectly, supported by another member of her team on the day (Olivia)!
I had a clear vision and DWE executed it better than I expected. Donna looked after me all day too in a genuine caring way!
