I spoke to Maria several times prior to the date of the dinner party and she was very helpful. Unfortunately on the evening of party she arrived over an hour later than she said and very flustered and I was unable to contact her on her mobile phone. However, she was a very good chef, the food was excellent, all presented beautifully and she was very organised. She also cleared the kitchen thoroughly after. In addition, the leftovers were all eaten the following day as did not want to waste the lovely food.
