So me and my fiancée have recently brought our first house, I must admit it was very scary at first ,but with the help of Lewis Charles Richardson made it that whole lot easier. My self and Alex didn't know where to start , we have been to banks, but never found useful. Especially as we only had pop in time. We both work full time between 8am and 6pm monday to Saturday, this meaning we struggled to get time off together to sort the mortgage out. UNTIL I found Lewis on Facebook. I was very nervous at first calling him (so sent him a private message) very quickly and effienctly I had response. Lewis tried calling couple of times at different parts of the day, but I was nervous to answer the phone, as I had no idea what to say or how it worked. Finally I did, from that moment onwards never looked back. After the phone call we made an appointment for him to come to us in evening that suited us best. He came to my family home making it more relaxed atmosphere so we could talk about the mortgage. (Did offer us to his office is we preferred) We went through different options, to see what was best for us. Within 24 hours of the appointment we had a 'mortgage in principle' so we could start looking at properties and making offers. Lewis would regularly message or call to see how we was doing if we had found anything, there was few properties we had found and wanted some advice, So we forward the details to Lewis, to which he and his dad both looked through advise what they would offer etc. Alex and I had found a house we liked but our AIP was at a lower amount to which the property was up for, so I messaged Lewis at 10:30pm asking if there any way we could get a higher mortgage, within 20 minutes another AIP sent through with the higher amount. I did not expect Lewis to this at 10:30pm, I was expecting it in the morning, Lewis didn't have to do it, he choose to , to give the best service to all his clients. Sadly after all his hard work we got out bid on the property, so had to start from scratch. After about 2 weeks Alex and I had found our perfect house. We called Lewis to say offer has been accepted, and he 're booked us an evening appointment to get mortgage put through.Lewis is passionate about his business and has some very close companies he work along side off (recommendations) to which we have used. He given us advise on who the best solicitors, life insurance etc. Never felt obligated to use, but we have, as we have that much trust in Lewis. So after making that first message less than a month ago , our mortgage is on the way , solicitor in place. And hopefully be in our happy home very soon, courtesy of Lewis with his passion speed & attention to detail.Few month down the line now, Lewis had such a good impact on myself and my family, they have now taken life insurance out through himself.
