This company is remarkable, we had an opportunity to purchase some commercial property but didn’t have the capital and Priority Bridging offered us a figure and completed a bridging loan to us in less than 48 hours! We’re now looking to complete on the sale within a few weeks. Fully recommended thanks Priority!
Going the extra step to meet the challenge to provide the solution to your individual mortgage and protection requirements in my own very personable style - Attentive by name, attentive by nature...
From my original position as a Co-op Financial Adviser and Insurance Agent covering Chester, North Wales and The Wirral from 2004-2007, I gained a further 3 years experience as a self-employed broker within the Mortgageforce franchise network based in Nantwich.
When my contract expired in 2010, I decided to become an independent adviser. This enabled me to become more impartial and, therefore, able to offer a wider-range of both mortgage, protection and general insurance products, plus establish 'non-advice' partnerships to access other financial service areas which may provide additional help to prospective clients.
My main experiences are in finding solutions to meet difficult mortgage and protection requirement challenges. My accent is not on High Street and main stream lenders (except when that is clearly 'best advice', of course), but 'other' lenders who, I've found, have a more flexible approach to their criteria and underwriting. If I get the opportunity to use them, I particularly favour those lenders who are prepared to communicate with me in person and allow me to speak directly with their underwriters, for example, both before and after I submit a case.
