I have been renting out two properties I own for nearly three years through Reads Rains at Pemberton.The service they have given me has been excellent. nothing is too much trouble.Recently a good friend of mine who is a financial consultant said I am doing the right thing by paying the letting agent to manage my properties as it takes the worry out of it and the cost is well worth it, he is so right.There have been a few problems as one might expect when renting to strangers but the staff at Pemberton have been brilliant.Very recently I have had to get one of my properties recarpeted urgently, Joshua Simms at Pemberton Had a fitter in that day and the carpets fitted just days after at a very reasonable price, the staff are great at finding the right contractor for the right job at the right price. One might hear horror stories about some letting agents but not at this firm.I am very happy with the staff and service at the Pemberton branch and would recomend them, and have done, to everyone.Anthony Coffey JP
