My road to recovery from ankle surgery 12 weeks ago seems to have taken a good jump in the right direction. Yesterday afternoon I went to visit Steve Young, at Bridgeham, I spent an hour swearing at him and telling him I hate him while he and a colleague mobilised my ankle and helped me through some great strengthening and stretching exercises.....however, this morning, my ankle feels much less stiff than previous mornings. I am ignoring the fact that my thighs are regretting the encounter!
