ReNew was founded in January 2013 with the aspiration to help others to lead a more relaxed, healthier and wealthier life. For many years I have been researching ways that would allow our bodies to thrive and all of the time the answer would be Natural Remedies and Ancient Wisdom. Our bodies are magnificent and have the capability of healing themselves providing we nurture them.

Swedish massage techniques vary from light to vigorous. Swedish massage I use five styles of strokes. The five basic strokes are gliding, kneading, rhythmic tapping, friction and vibration/shaking. I also include reflexolgy techniques.

I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist having studied and trained at ‘The College of Classical Massage’. I have full public liability insurance and am DBS checked. Knowing the pace of our lives and the difficulties of juggling work, family and everything else, my concept is that after treatment you will feel release of any discomfort in your body and be calm in your mind.

We offer Nail Treatments in our little but lovely Salon at our home in Reigate/Surrey and a Mobile Massage Service which allows us to offer Massage Treatments in the comfort of your own home within 7 miles of our premises (further if multiple/group bookings).
